Sheet Metal Fabrication
AST Mechanical provides full sheet metal fabrication services from our plant in Burlington, Ontario. We have a fully-equipped facility and licensed journeymen capable of turning out jobs of all sizes. We specialize in custom fume hoods, production cabinets and other customized intake points for dust collection systems. We fabricate full ventilation systems in house and have installation teams to install at your facility.
Ventilation System Fabrication
Our 13,000 square foot manufacturing facility allows us to fulfil all of our clients needs without long lead times caused by 3rd-party fabricators — we do it in-house. Our modern equipment allows us the advantage to fulfil your needs regardless of circumstance.
VENTILATION SYSTEM RECONFIGURATION
If you need to reconfigure, move or relocate your dust collector, our technicians, millwrights and installers can facilitate the move whether it is across the plant or across the country. Our fabrication facility can manufacture any custom ventilation components to necessary specifications for the new location.
Dust Collector Maintenance
Our team of field-service technicians can maintain your existing dust collector and ventilation system within your facility. With decades of experience, our team can spot and correct often-over-looked issues that arise within typical installations. We maintain a 24/7 emergency response team ready to meet industrial dust collector problems that may arise.
IVS – Industrial Ventilation System Maintenance
Most Industrial Ventilation System (IVS) problems can be avoided by periodic maintenance of the system. AST Mechanical has qualified technicians and the proper equipment to test for IVS problems and make necessary repairs to ensure adequate airflow at each ventilation hood to protect workers from contaminant exposure.

We operate a 13000 square foot facility – allowing us to fabricate large custom ventilation system designs. Our fully qualified staff of technicians use our state-of-the-art modern machinery to manufacture any custom fittings, hoods or specialized ventilation system components you require.
